Yea, but not by a whole lot. Next time you are at the gym, pair exercises together that involve opposite muscles such as do a bench press and then go STRAIGHT over to do a row exercise. Or do squats and go straight into pull ups. Do that with a good portion of your workout and your HR will go way up. Then you are really working your cardiovascular system ;)

Is increase in the efficiency of the circulatory system an unusual result of exercise?

Yes.

Why is exercise and a healthy diet important to a strong circulatory system?

Exercise and a healthy diet leads to maintaining a strong circulatory system because people who eat poorly can have clogged circulatory passageways. The circulatory system is also propelled by a system of muscles, therefore exercise may increase the efficiency of overall muscle performance. Exercise also increases heart rate, and makes the heart stronger. Since the heart is one of the main pumps of the circulatory system, a stronger heart would prove to create a stronger circulatory system.

What is one specific molecule that will increase in concentration in the blood as a result of increased activity of the circulatory system during physical exercise?

One specific molecule that increases in concentration in the blood during physical exercise is adrenaline (epinephrine). As the circulatory system becomes more active to meet the body's heightened demand for oxygen and nutrients, the adrenal glands release adrenaline, which helps to increase heart rate, blood flow, and energy availability. This response enhances the body's ability to perform physical activity effectively.
