Rice is high in carbohydrates and carbohydrates are a 'no no' when it comes to human growth hormones (HGH). HGH is released during sleep in LARGE amounts and is what makes you grow. So without it, don't even think about growing! Make sure you get enough sleep (at least 8 hours) and too have carbohydrates moderately everyday (usually in the morning or early afternoon is a good time to have your carbohydrates cause then u can exercise and burn it off) to ensure enough HGH is being produced and ultimately, make you grow. NOTE: do not have a lot of carbohydrates, such as rice, during the night or before bed because this will decreases HGH production.
