Yes. A large corporation has a larger net gain than a small business. With a overhead often times larger than it's profit the first half of the year, having to pay any more money on anything at all can hurt it. Minimum wage will have little effect on mcdonnalds but a fairly large one on the hole-in-the-wall you love. And since after a certain point, minimum wage just becomes a relative figure, it's raise will only Hirt the consumer who makes more than minimum wage.
