However, like smoking tobacco or constantly using a straw, it can eventually cause lines around your mouth. This is due to the motion more than the substance.

After just a few days you'll look different because of factors such as high blood pressure, little to no eating, little to no sleeping, and apathy towards things just as hygiene and grooming. Abstinence can get you the looks back for that, it won't, however, for prolonged use. Prolonged use can make you EXTREMELY ugly. People in their twenties who have abused for only two years look like an UGLY 50 year old with nasty marks all over them. Meth mouth is also pretty common for prolonged users. It's basically the rotting of your teeth and the rest of your mouth, and a glimpse at it in real life would make most people shiver. Plus most meth abusers do not take pride in themselves, so they dress without a care and don't do things like shave or get haircuts.
