Yes. 03 Sienna should have a VVTI engine ( a 1MZ FE with vvti ) which is an interference engine and the valves will hit the piston if it snaps at higher RPM. Pre 01 Siennas have non VVTI 1MZ FE motors, and those are non-interference, therefore safe.
