TIMING CHAIN
chain
it has a chain
it has both a timing chain that drives the intermediate shaft and a timing belt that runs the cams
check your timing
On average a 1995 Pontiac Sunfire will get about 36 miles per gallon of fuel.
i dont think that would make sense unless the timing belt is gone now if you had a 2.3 or 2.4 you would have to take the timing chain off any way
Yes , a 1995 Pontiac Sunfire is a front wheel drive vehicle
Pontiac didn't introduce the Sunfire until 1995, so you may be thinking of a Sunbird.
No you do not have to remove the timing chain. Look on the PASSENGER SIDE, FRONT ENGINE AREA, MOUNTED REAR OF WATER PUMP.
In 1992, it was called the Sunbird. The Sunfire did not come out until 1995
