You have what is called an accumulator and an expansion tube witch are filters.........

The 2010 F150's do not have a conventional, replaceable fuel filter. I just bought a 2010, and the Owners Manual states that the filter is now in the gas tank, and Ford claims it is a "lifetime" filter. I think I will be tapping into my fuel line to add a replaceable filter. I don't like the idea of never changing a fuel filter. If it's designed to never clog, it isn't filtering enough.

There is no replaceable fuel pump relay on the 2006 F-150. It is an integral part of the central junction block. There are only two other links that can cause no power to the fuel pump, the fuel pump fuse and the inertia switch.

It does not have a cabin filter.
An 08 F150 Harley Edition does have a cabin air filter located on it. Furthermore, the F180 Harley Edition has a fuel filter located in the engine compartment.
