No. There are Special Forces personnel stationed at Fort Bragg (as well as SFOD-D), but they're not part of the 82nd. The closest thing line divisions would have to such a detachment would be the LRS-D (Long Range Surveillance Detachment), although their function is a bit different from those of actual special operations units.

As you may know, the military alphabet goes something like Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrot, etc. etc. etc. Because Delta Force is offiially SFOD-D, or Special Forces Operational Detachment - Delta, it is technically a rung of the broader "Special Forces" of the Army. In the Special Forces there are: A Teams : SFOD-A or Special Forces Operational Detachment - ALPHA B Teams : SFOD-B or Special Forces Operational Detachment - BRAVO C Teams : SFOD-C or Special Forces Operational Detachment - CHARLIE A teams being the 12-man teams of Green Berets that actually do all or most of the on the ground fighting, teaching, etc. And the B and C teams being command and support elements. So when Beckwith came up with the idea for the new specialized Counter-terrorist unit he wanted to create, being that it was going to be a "Special Force", it probably just made the most sense for him and the high-ups in the army organizationally to just add it to the rungs of the already established Special Forces and call it "SFOD-Delta".

Within the U.S armed forces the most elite forces are comprised of Delta forse, Navy Seals, Green Berets, Marine force recon and Army Rangers. Bridging the line between traditional forces and elite units are Airborne units such as the 82nd Airborne Division, and the Marines. The order of battle is then determined by the location of the mission area and threat as the determining factor to which forces will be used.

The United States Army has several elite forces. The Army Special Forces are sometimes referred to as "Green Berets." There are also Army Rangers, and Airborne units. For many years, these were the only army units that wore berets.
That would be 1st special forces operational detachment-delta (delta force). a close second would be navy DEVGRU (or SEAL team-six), but as Delta force is older, they have more experience and expertise.
