The Bible, in the most stripped-down summary, describes the historic relationship between God and man and man's duties to the Creator and fellow men. It does not argue a proof for God's existence any more than the owner's manual tries to argue for the existence of the refrigerator. To put it in God's words from Exodus 3:14: "I am that I am" (אֶהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶהְיֶה). Not much room for an argument. You either believe or you don't. Your not believing does not change God.
