Yes it actually does. You select "Insert" while texting a message and select "Pictures" then choose the picture you want to send. You can both take pictures and videos and send them to another phone that can receive pictures/videos. The Pursuit is the cheapest AT&T phone that I would recommend buying, and it is well worth $50. It has internet, Mobile email and Facebook, a HD Camera, Games, Apps, and more....
