To successfully install a motor mount you first need a new motor mount, thread locking compound, 13mm socket and ratchet, various extensions, torx bit set, and a Philips screwdriver. First, you want to locate where the motor mount is. Next, you want to raise your car using a jack. Once you can see under the car, you will need to remove the inner fender shield and the charcoal canister. You will then see two bolts near the charcoal canister, you will need to remove those also. Next, remove the bolts that are holding the mount to the engine and also the bolt on the bottom of the A/C compressor. After these steps the mount should be easily removed and the new one inserted.
