Defining play as movement or action, yes a baby can "play" while it is still in the womb. A fetus will even react to voices or stimulation, but a baby doesn't technically "play" before it is born.
They use a fake belly and strap it on under their clothes.

The simulation of having a baby on Second Life is achieved by the user first wearing a pregnancy HUD (heads up display) that simulates pregnancy over a determined period of time. Risidents often also change their shape priodically during pregnancy to simulate weight gain in accordance with a real life pregnancy. Residents can chose to give birth in clinics where a role play birth will be simulated. The baby is a prim baby, scripted to simulate baby responses and requirements. Many accessories are available within Second Life to compliment this, such as prams, nursery accessories and additional HUD's etc
Depends on how far gone you are, and what sports you are talking about. Generally speaking, getting some exercise is good for both mother and baby, but don't skate in a roller derby in your last trimester.
According to the American Pregnancy Association, yes, pregnancy does increase the risk of cerebral palsy, but not pregnancy alone. Factors during pregnancy play a large role. Issues such as infections during pregnancy, blood diseases, ,acterial meningitis, and lack of oxygen to the fetus can increase chances. Pregnancy will not increase the chance of palsy within the mother.
In Sims 2 you can't take pregnancy tests, you usually can tell if they are pregnant because they will get morning sickness, after they woohoo a little chime will play and of course the "baby bump".

I have alsol had a strange etingling feeling around my belly button for the past while.....I am not supposed to be pregnant.......All the awnsers that i have found say it could be due to pregnancy? If it is when would a person first feel this? Probably your belly button nerves likes it. Maby you should play with it for a while and see if the tingeling goes away

huh? all tobacco-related substances should be avoided during pregnancy. tobacco is one of the two most dangerous substances you can consume while pregnant. cigarette smoke contains more than 2,500 chemicals. it is not known for certain which of these chemicals are harmful to the developing baby, but both nicotine and carbon monoxide play a role in causing adverse pregnancy outcomes, like still birth and low-birth weight. the other substance is alcohol. ever hear of fetal alcohol syndrome? yeah your baby comes out f****d up and mentally retarded.
