The type of hair extensions you are referring to are all natural hair extensions that don't damage your hair. These hair extensions remain attached to your natural hair using either a small not, weft, or beads that are undetectable.Hair extensions do not in themselves make your hair grow, but instead give your hair more time to rest and grow.Hair extensions are either someone else's hair or fake hair that has been attached to your own hair by one of many methods to make your hair look longer and/or thicker. If extensions aren't done right, they can leave you with really thin damaged hair . If you plan on getting extensions, make sure it's done by someone who knows what they're doing.More info can be found in the below link.
You could either wait until it grows there or get extensions
either go to your home page and on the top left it has requests like friend requests group requests and game requests and so on....... If you've added someone it says on your wall that you've added them and you can access their wall hope that helps THANKS :)
The neighbor requests can be found on the requests page. After logging into Facebook which will land you on your home page you can either click on Game Requests to the left of the screen or click locate the header Requests to the right of the screen and then to the right click on the blue highlighted link that says See All. This is the page that among other items such as gifts waiting to be accepted or declined for FarmVille will have the neighbor requests for Farmville. At this point simply click on Accept and go from there.

That's a tricky one. "Demand" can be either a noun or a verb depending upon how it's used. "I demand that you give me back my money" - demand is used to describe an action, so it's a verb. "I made a demand on him for my money." - a demand is a thing I made, and things are nouns.
Excess demand is easily eliminated by market forces. If either the price or the supply goes up, demand will decrease exponentially.
