She didn't reject it and it is now a happy bunny hopping about! Touching is definitely not recommended though - you should stroke the doe or rub your hands in the hay first. I am a complete novice so wait for other answers though!
No. If the contact with the human is brief, the doe will still accept her kid back. If the kid has been taken away from the nanny goat for a couple days, then yes, there's a risk that the doe will reject her kid.
