NO, Tetrahydrocannabinol is not found in ANY medication.
For medicinal use other than the actual plant, a synthetic form of THC called dronabinol is sythesized and used.
To my knowledge the only medication containing dronabinol is a drug called Marinol manufactured by Unimed Pharmaceuticals. However at this point there are probably a few other manufacturers who make Generic substitues
