All of which could be taken positively or negatively, non of which are definitely about "liking" you.
I'm assuming he meant it positively, but even then it doesn't immediately mean he has feelings for you. Plus I don't know the guy!
If you want to know whether he has feelings for you: ask. Never be afraid to ask such a thing as long as you don't build it up too much in your head.
