My son has an iPod Touch and there is no monthly service fee. Only the iPhone has a monthly fee because it is a phone though if you have it n prepaid, you can pay as much as you want. The iPod Touch is just a mp3 player and a handheld game console, you dont need to subscribe to anything.
So? Just let it.

No, the glass on an iPod Touch isn't just a protector. The glass is the touch screen, and without it, you don't have anything to touch, rendering the iPod Touch useless.
If you already have the songs on your computer you just simply need to sync your ipod touch with your computer.

Just Google Top iPod touch apps
No, the iPod Touch is just an iPod, no phone features whatsoever, and you do not need to enter into a contract nor pay monthly fees to have one.
To have the iPod Touch show up on your computer, just plug in the iPod Touch while it is on. The computer should automatically recognize the iPod Touch whether it is a PC or not. If it does not automatically recognize the iPod Touch, then just open iTunes (version 8.0 or later).
