The Prime Meridian touches both of them. But to be very technical about it,
it doesn't "pass through" either one.
Every meridian of longitude, including the Prime one, is a semicircle that joins the
north and south poles. So when it reaches each pole, it stops there, and it doesn't
"pass through".
