No, you only need a driving license to drive it.
Assuming the license is a driver's license and not some other kind, you will need to pass an additional test in the UK, as the DVLA does not recognise a Pakistan license for the purposes of exchanging a full license.
Police in the UK can hold your license as long as is necessary to complete their investigations.
You can convert the UK Driving License to Irish one, but there are few restrictions. You have to contact the road Safety Authority in Ireland who can help you out.
Yes you can, provided you hold a full valid UK or other international full driving licence that have no restrictions on where you can drive.
Contact your nearest DVLA they should help you out.

no you cant
no the only time which you can drive a car alone in the UK is when you have passed your driving test and you hold a full license. if you have not passed your driving test you can drive a car if you have a provisional license and L plates with a person who has held a full license for three years or more and is over 21 years old!
You can always ride a bicycle, regardless of your driving license status.
A valid Irish Driving Licence is acceptable in the UK, you are not required to change it.
