im gonna be blunt about this... just look at the fan when it spins. if u still cant tell, then turn ignition off and watch fan as its slowing down.
It's on top of the plastic tank on the passenger side fender. There is no cap on the radiator itself.
radiator is in front off the cooling fans ,in the front of engine.
Look at the rear of the radiator approx. 1/3 down from the top
check the owners manual for cooling system capacity.
It is located on the radiator. Go to the link on the right there is a procedure posted there with pictures that will walk you through the process

The 2000 Plymouth Voyager 2.4 liter engine radiator cooling fan relay switch can be found in the fuse box. The relay switch will be in the third column, fourth from the top.
Locate the plug on the bottom of the radiator to drain it. Put some radiator cleaner in and drain it again.
There may not be one, My 2000 Lumina has a plug on the lower drivers side of the radiator that can be replaced with a petcock. Rather than do this I removed the lower radiator hose to facilitate flushing the cooling system.
Radiator Cooling Fan....From the bottom of the car. One screw at the bottom(engine side) 10mm I believe, then deal with that plastic thing at the top side,driver side. Careful of the radiator....
