There is not a way to stop Google Plus from telling you when people plus one your posts. Google claims they only show you relevant plus one posts, but there is not a current way to disable this feature.

No, because if you were able to, then we could all file charges against google for making products like google earth and google maps. Due to the fact that they both have pictures of everyones houses and can even do a street level view of the houses on a certain street.
