my uncles 84 fiero only opens with keys.
My Fiero has a button on the top right of the gauge cluster that will open the trunk. It has to have a battery or the engine running to do so though.
There is someone with a Olds 455 in his Fiero, but he had to remove the trunk.
The rear "trunk" (decklid) release mechanism is an option, if equipped, and is located on the right side of the dash protrusion on the dash. It will be a switch that shows an opening "trunk". If this switch is not there, then the car was not equipped with rear trunk release. If you are trying to get into a Fiero trunk that does not have a decklid release mechanism or a broken one, and you have lost the keys, then you will have to actually break into the car to open the trunk. Typically, if the outer key switch is remove, you can insert a long screwdriver into the hole and pop the trunk lock.
Button on your dash, or the key that opens your door. If those don't work you're gonna have to start breaking stuff.
Depending on the year there is no glove box other then the front and side pockets the closest there is to a glove box is the back trunk which is also smaller in size
It is in case you get stuck in the trunk. If you do then you just have to pull the lever and it will pop the trunk from the inside.
Look to the left side of the driver's seat on the floor. There should be a lever between the seat and the door sill.
This may or may not help. My '96 has an interior trunk release lever located on the floor between the driver's seat and the door sill. I don't know how long Pontiac located the release there.
To open the trunk on a 1994 Jaguar XJ6, you will need to locate the trunk release lever. This lever is typically located on the driver's side interior of the car, near the left side of the steering wheel. To open the trunk, follow these steps: Locate the trunk release lever. Pull the lever to unlatch the trunk. Press the trunk button located on the dashboard. Open the trunk. If you are having trouble locating the trunk release lever, consult your owner's manual for more detailed instructions.
2010 Aveo can't get trunk to work with key, lever,or emergency lever.
My 1998 Lexus LS400 has a small lever to pull that releases the trunk. The lever is on the left side of the dash about 8 to 10" from the door. This lever can be locked with the key, so that the trunk cannot be accessed without unlocking the lever with the key. Note that the Valet Key cannot be used to unlock this lever. Note that the gas fill door release is to the left of the trunk release lever.
The trunk light switch on a Pontiac Sun Fire is typically in the latch assembly. This is usually inside the trunk and under the carpet.
No relay, Power provided directly from switch.
