There is a color code for the speaker wires in a 1995 Mercury Mystique. The radio battery constant 12v+ wire is orange/black, the radio accessory switched 12v+ wire is blue/black, the radio ground wire is black/green, and the illumination wire is white/green. The left front speaker wire (+) is white/black, the left front speaker wire (-) is brown/yellow, the right front speaker wire (+) is white/red, and the right front speaker wire (-) is brown/red. The left rear speaker wire (+) is white/violet, the left rear speaker wire (-) is brown/white, the right rear speaker wire (+) is white/violet, and the right rear speaker wire (-) is brown/white.

Check ground circuit Check bulbs they are duble filamented one may be burned out Seems to me there is a wire crossed at the harness. I think the vehicle left turn signal wire is hooked up to the trailer tail lights wire. Usually there are four wires at the trailer harness, yellow, green, white, and brown, The brown wire is usually the tail lights and side marker lights, the white wire is ground, the yellow and green go to the left and right signal lights.

I don't have a diagram, but here's the colors of the wires and where they go and do. WHITE wire is the ground. GREEN wire is the right turning singal. Yellow wire is the left turning singal. BROWN wire is the running lights. BLACK wire is the brake lights.

How do you replace male connections on extension cords?
As funny as it sounds there is a right and wrong end of a cord to put the male end on. When you look at a receptical in the wall you will see a longer slot on the left side as compared to the right side, this is the neutral connection. Looking at a plug with the blades facing you the neutral side will be on the right. Now look at the end of the extension cord and you should see the wire colours, black left, white right, green below, this is the correct end for the male end. If when looking at the cord end and the colours are white left, black right, green below, this is the wrong end to put the male end. The white should go to the silver colour screw, black to the brass colour screw and green to the green coloured screw. By doing it this way the polarity will stay true along the cord to the device that gets plugged into it.
