∙ 14y agoThat depends entirely on what you work out with your employer. If you are self-employed, you are likely to get paid by the job rather than by the hour, though you can work out the payment with the customer. If you are employed by a company, they are probably going to pay by the hour, in which case the overtime laws for the state will specify what overtime is and what they have to pay you. You can also work out a deal with you employer on how it is determined.
