Get a Controller-USB converter (I use FT8D91) and plugin the controller. Install any software required to use the hardware, and set up a new controller profile on Xpadder. Calibrate the buttons and create a controller configuration for Combat Arms. Assign the various keyboard buttons used in Combat Arms to the Controller profile. save it, and have fun playing. (You might need to search for video tutorials on how to calibrate a controller)
