For some women it doesnt. BUT for the majority of us it will change, and drastically. Some women go from being picky eaters to eating buffet tables solo. Some its the reverse. It all depends on the estrogen etc levels in your pills... But eating habits changing is completely normal

That sometimes happen because it is a side effect of the pill, and she should not be taking that hormone. Remember Birth Control pills fake the body. Some women are allergic and don't reconize that symptom, and neglect to mention it to their doctor. Be concerned if there are frequent headaches along with the weight gain.
