My dog recently had one of these and when we asked about it, we were told to just watch it to make sure that it didn't spread to her entire face. After about a week, it's starting to heal and go away on it's own. I'm not convinced it was a rash, but it looked more like sores all over her top lip. She kept licking it too, which worried me, but it looks like it's getting much much better. If it does spread, I was told that we would have to put her on antibiotics.
White foam around the mouth and nose of a dog could be from dehydration or nausea. It is best to consult a veterinarian.
My dog gets white foam coming from his nose when he's hiking with us. It doesn't seem to impede him, but it looks weird. I can deal with the drooling and foaming around the mouth, but the nose foam is strange. What's the deal??
they have a nose,mouth ,tail,eyes and a body
Gentle Leaders go around the back of the head and over the nose. The dog can still open and close it's mouth freely. You can adjust the nose loop and collar part to fit the individual dog.

Since you can get a rash from human urine (think diaper rash) - yeah you can get a rash from dog urine but a brief exposure usually won't be enough unless you are allergic to something the dog ate.
yes you can, but you have to scrub them with dog shampoo and conditioner and watch out for the puppys eyes, nose, and mouth. ; )
