It can be extremely difficult for a man or woman to climax, IF able to feel sexual sensations at all. Many men and women on antidepressants simply 'give up' before climax, after spending up to an hour trying to achieve climax.
Do talk to your doctor. He or she might be able to decrease your medication dose. BUT, do NOT decrease your antidepressant on your own.
