I have PTSD and the main physical symptoms of mine are panic attacks, increased possibilities of addictions (I can’t take certain medications due to being twice as likely to be an addict, and no alcohol), and I hav ran increased risk of Heart disease, cancer, Diabetes, and such because my PTSD began in childhood which alters my body’s development. Childhood trauma survivors have drastically worse health than adult trauma survivors according to the CDC
I am sure this could be a complex answer but one certainly would be increased irritability and anxiety. There are many other symptoms, I am sure.
