A gamete is haploid (1N) so 'Aa' & 'AA' are diploid and during cell division (mitosis) gametes are formed and then 2 gametes merge together to make a diploid (think of sperm and egg, each is haploid or 1N, when fertilization occurs the egg and sperm form 1 cell that is 2N or diploid). A zygote is a fertilized egg, so half of the number came from the sperm (a haploid number or n) and half came from the egg (also a haploid number or n) so the zygote has a diploid chromosome number (2n).
I am not sure what your saying, but i think you mean "what are the haploid cells involved in fertilization?" In this case the answer would be " sperm and egg cells", which then makes a diploid.
