It doesn't really have an effect. Ethanol burns hotter and faster than gasoline, but it isn't any more volatile. The same safety precautions that are implemented for gasoline, at filling stations and in fuel delivery systems, will also prevent the risk of ethanol fires.

It all depends on the Truck. Anywhere from 30 gals to 150+ gals on the larger ones for gasoline. The larger Semi delivery trucks can have 400+ gal of diesel. Times that by the $ per gal of diesel which is more then Premium gas here in the states.
I am out of oil with a delivery scheduled for tomorrow. I went out to the shed to get a 5 gallon can and found a 5 gallon kerosene can filled. I have no smell therefore can not tell if the clear liquid is kerosene or gasoline. I hate to throw it away if it is kerosene, I could burn it in the heater
