2.) Exercise. You may not feel like it, and you might think it's boring. But if you don't already regularly exercise, you should. It's a great way to burn calories, and it gives a lot of health benefits. If you aren't used to exercise, start out by exercising 5 minutes a day, then work up to 10, 15, 20, etc., until you get to at the very least 30 minutes each day. You don't have to run a marathon or anything! Just getting up and going for a walk is a great way to get energy and burn a lot of calories.

Just do this, and slowly but surely the weight will come off.
