Call local emergency services (Police & Emergency Medical) - in the USA the number is 911. If this is a question about long after the emergency has been dealt with, then contact a personal injury attorney.
The emergency services should be called, both Ambulance (E.M.T's for all you Americans out there) and Police services. Once they have been called, the person's next of kin should be informed of their death.
If it was a medical emergency, you should immediately phone the Emergency Services and ask for an Ambulance. One example for this would be if you injured yourself and you couldn't walk out of the house. If it is an important emergency for example, you have been burgled or someone has purposefully injured you, you should contact the Emergency Services and ask for Police and (if the injury is bad) ask for an Ambulance. The Emergency Services number is 999. If you dont know where you are, you should tell the Services and they will track you down and find where you are located.
Not usually, unless the seizure happens in a dangerous place such as on a road or if the patient falls into a river. Bit there is a condition called "status epilepticus" which can kill someone or cause brain damage. Status Epilepticus is diagnosed when the patient has been having continual fits for more than 10 minutes. This is a medical emergency, and an ambulance must be called.
No. BK is always intended to be used only in an emergency.
There is no promise that you will be able to revive someone who has been shot. You must call for medical attention quickly.
