No they do not have the right to go through ur emails or have any access to your private life. Telephone statements can only be looked at in the case where they pay your bill but not under any circumstance otherwise. Do not ever give them a key to your apartment- even if they provide you with the accomodation- as its your home while your in the UAE and you do not have to give anyone access to it.
