The 2005 Ford F1 50 evaporator drain tube is attached to the bottom of the evaporator. The drain to will go from the evaporator to the bottom of the engine compartment.
If you are referring to the drain that allows the condensation to drip from the A/C evaporator, there is no plug. If you are referring to the plug to remove Freon, the charge port, located under the hood usually in the front of the engine, is used.
Your drain tube is probably clogged, get a shop vac and make a reducer and suck the crud out. You should be good to go after that
