Every night at about 12 40-something the internet doesn't work on the computers does anyone know what might be wrong and how to fix it?

to answer this I need to know what your service provider is??? I got cox and sometimes they do like a diagnostic check every once in a while I can always tell because my router lights gets all screwy and I am not able to use the internet for a little bit.
