Probably lost a wheel weight and they need to be balanced. If not then check suspension parts for play, i.e. tie rod, wheel bearing, ball joint, bad tire/bulge/broken belt etc, some places to start.
if u havnt rotated your tires before that would be your awnser if you never rotate them should be every 2 oil changes then u may need new tires

Need to check the balanceing of the front tires. Then check the tie-rods for play. THE FRONT TIRES COULD HAVE A BELT BROKEN.

Only at low speeds, or worst at low speeds? Either way it's probably a bad front tire. Failing that, bad front wheel rim or front wheel rim not properly secured to the hub.
