Everybody loves you but nobody wants to hang out with you or be best friends with you and so you feel lonely which is weird because everybody loves you?

Well if that is the case then they do not really love you. In order to love you, they first have to like you but if they do not wish to be around you or befriend you then they don't like you; so in theory they do not love you. I would advise getting a new set of friends or "people" to hang around with because they are not worthy of your presence.
