When I turn the car on to Accessory the radio works but everything else just stays dead.

Click the center button (what I did on the first turn-on, maybe works on everything you click). Afterwards when you turn it off, you can just click anything.
You have a short, you also may have to check your bulbs i found on one of my blinkers the bulb was faulty, i replaced it and everything was all fine again.
