3. Imperial Japan under the "Divine" Emperor and assisted by men such as Tojo;
4. The Soviet Union under Stalin; The USSR can still be called a dictatorship before and after Stalin;
5. The Peoples Republic of China; despite all of its economic reforms, China calls itself a "communist" nation and only the Communist Party there makes all major decisions;
6. Spain under General Franco;
7. Vietnam. This country is controlled by the Communist Party despite all economic reforms;
8. North Korea. This has been a family run Communist regime and still is.
9. Cambodia under Pol Pot;
10. All of the Communist nations based on the Soviet takeovers after WW2. This includes:
East Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Albania, Romania, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia.
11. Cuba Under Castro and the dictator before Castro.
