i am assuming, by drive belt,that you mean serpentine belt on engine.if this i correct, you need to also check the belt tensioner for bearing wear. this can only be done when belt is removed.check all other pulley wheels to make sure belt is running straight on them
apart from that , there is not much else that can go wrong with em
