Explain how society cause people to disown their identity and seek out the acceptance of others?

This is an unfortunate but necessary problem. People must exist with others. Both for social end economic reasons. In order to be accepted by people who we might not socialize with otherwise we must alter the person who we really are to seem that we have the same goals and ideas both in business and in every day life. Society has precipitated, condoned, and made it near impossible to exist without conforming to what is normal and acceptable. I hope this helps you it comes from my own personal experience in this world.
