Asked in Operating Systems
Explain the meaning of multitasking in relationship to an operating system?
Multitasking is commonly used on today's desktop or laptop computers. Multitasking will let a single user have several programs running at once at the same time. An example of this is a Windows user playing a FPS Shooter while having Skype (Voice of Internet Program) running at the same time so they can talk to their friend personally while playing.
