First check the fuses and make sure that none are blown and if they are get them replaced. If not then check the starter this may have to be done by getting a new or used starter at a junkyard and replacing it. If it doesn't work then you may have blown your engine.

You need compression, fuel and spark. You are missing one of those.
There is no OBDII connector on 1993 F150. Didn't start until 1996 (97 model).
There are a couple of a reasons why a 1994 Ford F150 truck will not start. The truck may have a dead battery or the spark plugs need to be replaced.

i had the problem with my 97 f150, the power wire to the computer had melted on the manifold and had to be replaced, check the wire to see if its grounding out
i would have the choke operation checked before anything else is done
