To install the MAS module in a 1991 Mercedes SL, first disconnect the car battery to ensure safety. Then, locate the MAS module, typically found behind the passenger side footwell or under the dashboard. Remove any screws or clips securing the old module, disconnect the wiring harness, and carefully replace it with the new module. Finally, reconnect the wiring, secure the module in place, and reconnect the battery before testing the system.
