I'm not aware if my feet turns blue everytime i sit Dow but i think it is because a blood vesselthat supplies oxygen is compress, resulting to poor blood circulation that's why it turns cyanotic.. as i read in the internet, other than sitting, walking can also turn your feet blue so it is advised that when you lie down and have some rest it is good to elevate it 45 degrees or somewhat higher than ur heart.
