Find a five letter word that shares 1 letter with candy 2 letters with bound noise scout tuner and 3 letters with scent i have spent hours trying to figure this out so i need your help?

The real answer is Debts. Don't know if there are more but debts is good for sure. It has only the d of candy, the b and d of bound, the s and e of noise, the s and t of scout, the t and e of tuner and the s, e and t of scent.

So how did I figure this out?

I started with picking 3 letters from scent. Just because I didn't like the "c" i didn't look at that. So I started with the E, N and T. That couldn't be right cause tuner has those 3 letters in it. Then i looked at S, N and T. There was nothing really wrong about those letters the only thing I noticed was that the A, E, I, O, U and Y couldn't be used after that because the other words contained those and already shared their maximum letters. So a bad choice again. After that I looked at S, E and N. Bad choice because of NoiSE. Three letters in noise. Then I looked at S, E and T. That was a combination that was doable.

Candy: no match so still 1 letter to share

Bound: no match so still 2 letters to share

Noise: S and E no letters more to share

Scout: S and T no letters more to share

Tuner: T and E no letters more to share

So from the letters BOUND I still had 2 letters to pick. Because noise, scout and tuner couldn't have the same letters as I would choose from bound I could take away the O (Noise and Scout), The U (Scout and Tuner) and the N (Tuner). So I had the B and D left. The D was also in candy so that's covered to.

I now had the letters:

- E

- T

- B

- D

I looked at the letters and saw the word Debts.
