The glenfield version of the marlin mod 336 are selling for between 200-300 dollars,depending on the overall condition of the rifle.
The serial # will be on the left side of the receiver just above the wood. If there is no serial # then your rifle was produced before 1968. Before 1968 serial #'s were not required by law on a .22 cal rifle.

if you are asking to find who else has owned it then no , now with a serial number and some minior research you can find out alot of other things like place of mfg.,batch number.,year of mfg.,etc
