if you are looking for the fireing order it is 15426378 i believe but you can also look behind the carburetor on the manifold. justtake off the air filter and it is right there just behind the carburetor... and i believe that the order is 15426378... that's all ford V8 engines, except the 351, 400... which is 13726548. and the 272, 292, 312, and the 368 are 15486372... and all ford v8 engines are numbered 12345678. looking at the engine block from the front of the truck. 1,2,3,4 being on your left bank... and 5,6,7,8 being on your right bank.
Not sure about your truck but for the older flat-heads, it is 1-5-4-8-6-3-7-2. Depends on which motor you have. The 223 and 262 sixes are 1-5-3-6-2-4. If you have a 292, 292HD, 302HD, or 332HD it is 1-5-4-8-6-3-7-2.
