First day at my school i see people from last year some same classes but some of them are werid they seem tired or they dont want to talk or want to fight about the new freshmen what is going on?

sounds like the moodiness of growing up! I remember in school each year every grade or so below us would become annoying, I even remember saying something along the lines of "wow 7th graders are so immature" when I was in 8th grade haha. At your age it's pretty likely you guys stay up most of the night or just seem to be tired all day for no real reason other than (you guessed) your age.
My advice would be to get used to it mate because more people will turn into the sort of moody teen you've described, perhaps even yourself at some point!

Unless classes are passed you don't graduate. I see too many freshmen make this mistake.
